Further Lottery Information

Thank you so much for your interest in purchasing one of my pieces via my online lottery, I hope if you have any questions I will be answering them below.

How do I enter the lottery? If you see a piece you are interested in please email me at earlybirdrelease@aol.com with the number, or numbers of the pieces you’re interested in in the subject line only and not in the body of the email, due to time constraints I’m afraid I won’t be able to open the emails.

How many times can I enter? Although you can enter the lottery for multiple pieces I’m afraid that you can only enter once for each piece. For example your email subject line might read “1,4,7” which would be fine but if a second email is then sent duplicating any of those numbers there will be serious trouble ;) Only kidding of course, but I will be going through all entries and filtering out any duplicates. 

Can I enter for more than one piece? Yes of course! Although I do have pieces in the sale with similar themes I class each piece as a separate artwork so you can enter for as many of them as you like.

Who can enter the lottery? This lottery is for those on my mailing list only.

How long is the lottery open? The lottery will run for 48 hours after you receive my email to allow people in all time zones a good chance to enter. No more waking up in the middle of the night for anyone, I adore my sleep and would hate to be the cause of others losing even a wink of it!

How will I know if I’ve won? I will be organising the entires and random number generating the winners the day after the lottery closes and they will be contacted by the end of the week. If you haven’t heard by then I’m afraid that you haven’t been picked this time around but better luck next time.

When is payment due for the artwork? I will be contacting winners this coming week with payment details and potential buyers will have 24 hours to respond to confirm their shipping address and send payment.
